1. What this service is
Stakkit provides software for sports handicappers (“cappers”): pick tracking with timestamps, automated record grading, pick delivery via Discord and Telegram, subscriber management, and retention tools.
What this service is not:
- We are not a gambling operator, bookmaker, or sportsbook.
- We do not accept bets, wagers, or stakes of any kind.
- We do not hold, process, or touch your subscribers’ payments. Your subscribers pay your own Stripe account directly, through API keys you provide. We take 0% of your revenue — we make money only from your software subscription.
- We do not provide betting advice or picks. Picks on the platform are created by cappers, not by us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. By using the service you confirm that selling sports picks and using this software is legal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applying to your handicapping business, including licensing, tax, and gambling-adjacent regulations. If you’re unsure, consult a lawyer in your jurisdiction — we cannot advise you on this.
3. Your account
- You’re responsible for everything done under your account, including API keys you connect (Stripe, Discord, Telegram).
- When connecting Stripe, use a restricted key with only the permissions we request — never your full secret key. You can revoke our access anytime from your Stripe dashboard.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans: Starter $49/mo, Pro $149/mo, Growth $299/mo, Enterprise $999/mo (USD), billed monthly or annually. Annual billing = 2 months free.
- Billing is handled by our payment processor [Paddle/Stripe]. We never see or store your card details.
- Founding members: $49/mo locked for life, as offered at signup.
- 90-day keep guarantee: if the platform hasn’t paid for itself within 90 days of your paid start date, contact us for a refund of subscription fees paid in that period.
- Cancel anytime from billing settings. You keep access until the end of the billing period. No partial-month refunds outside the guarantee above.
- We may change prices with 30 days’ notice. Existing annual plans keep their price until renewal. Founding locked pricing never changes.
5. Your responsibilities as a capper
- Your subscribers are your customers. Their payments, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are between you and them, via your own Stripe account.
- You represent that picks you publish are your genuine selections, entered before the event starts. Fabricating, backfilling, editing, or otherwise manipulating pick records is grounds for immediate termination and removal from the leaderboard.
- You own your subscriber relationships and are responsible for complying with messaging and marketing laws in your jurisdiction (including unsubscribe handling).
6. Acceptable use
Don’t: break the law; post fraudulent records; attempt to manipulate grading; abuse the service or its APIs; resell or white-label the service without an Enterprise agreement; upload malware; harass other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do, with notice where practical.
7. Your data and content
- You own your picks, subscriber lists, and business data. We claim no ownership over them.
- You grant us a license to display content you mark public (verified profile, leaderboard entries) — this is how the product works.
- Export anytime: one-click CSV export of your picks, grades, and subscriber data.
- If you cancel, verified records you’ve published remain published as your historical proof unless you request their removal.
8. Third-party services
The service integrates with Discord, Telegram, Stripe, and sports data providers. We don’t control these services; their outages, policy changes, or API changes aren’t our liability. If a provider restricts us, we’ll work to adapt, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted integrations.
9. Disclaimers
- The platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Grading is automated from third-party sports data. We aim for accuracy and provide a dispute process, but we don’t guarantee every grade.
- Nothing on the platform is financial or betting advice. Past pick performance does not predict future results. Betting involves risk of loss.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost betting profits, lost subscribers, or lost revenue.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your use of the service, your picks, your subscribers, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
- You can cancel anytime (see section 4).
- We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or non-payment, with notice where practical.
- After termination you have 30 days to export your data; after that we may delete it per our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We’ll notify you of material changes by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept them.
14. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Questions: [support email].
